Racial and ethnic diversity in the Twin Cities continues to grow.  Cultural issues from each client’s varying background play a role in family court proceedings.  It is important to be aware of your client’s cultural background and how it may affect their position in a case, as well as how the matter should proceed through court.  Learn from our panel as they discuss important multi-cultural issues of which you should be aware and how those issues have played a role in court proceedings.  This presentation is important for all practitioners, as our client base continues to evolve.

Featuring: The Honorable Jeannice Reding and The Honorable Mary Vasaly, Hennepin County Family Court, and Anna Andow, Attorney at Central Minnesota Legal Services
