The sales comparison approach is the most important and widely used valuation method in condemnation cases. This valuation approach is essential to every valuation in a condemnation case. This seminar will provide an overview of the valuation approach and the steps appraisers follow in determining appraised values.  Also discussed, will be whether or not the approach has resulted in credible, reliable, and meaningful valuation determinations.
