Updates on the New Child Support Guidelines and Child-Related Tax Laws


Come and learn about the new child support guidelines as well as how the new tax law impacts children in family law. This CLE will explain the new changes in the parenting time expense adjustment and will provide examples of how to calculate child support with the new calculator and provide examples. The speakers will also explain how to craft effective child support orders. This presentation will also address the new tax laws relating to children and what family law practitioners need to know. The speakers will also address the interaction between the new child support guidelines and the new child related tax issues.

Lunch Included. Lunch not guaranteed if registered after Thursday, June 7th.
