Business Litigation Associate with Healthcare Law Focus We seek an associate to join our Business Litigation practice in our Minneapolis office. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials and 2 - 5 years of complex litigation experience, preferably in the areas of healthcare, antitrust, securities fraud, and general business litigation. In addition to strong research and writing skills, successful candidates will have experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions in complex business litigation matters. Additional experience in taking and defending depositions and with arbitrations and trials is helpful. Financial Industries Litigation Staff Attorney We seek an attorney to join our Financial Industries Litigation practice in our Minneapolis office. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials and 2 – 4 years of complex litigation experience handling FINRA and other financial markets litigation/fraud matters. Work in class action litigation or antitrust matters will be helpful. In addition to strong research and writing skills, successful candidates will have experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions in financial markets litigation cases. Robins Kaplan LLP is actively hiring for 2-6 month review projects in our Minneapolis office. Project attorneys will assist with document review, analysis, and coding in our Minneapolis office. This document review is on a temporary and project basis. Hours will typically be 40-hours per week for the duration of a project. Includes bonus pay based on number of hours worked.
